1. Copyright & Usage
All images remain the intellectual property (copyright) of the photographer unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the images for personal or agreed commercial purposes. Images may not be resold, transferred, or used by third parties without prior written consent.
2. Licence Restrictions
The licence to use images applies solely to the client who booked the shoot. It cannot be shared, assigned, or extended to other individuals, brands, or organisations without additional licensing and fee.
3. Cost Sharing / Split Fees
Cost sharing between multiple parties is available upon request and subject to an additional licensing fee. All parties must be declared and agreed upon in writing prior to the shoot.
4. Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit or full payment (as agreed). Remaining balances must be paid within the agreed timeframe before final image delivery.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the shoot may receive a partial refund (excluding deposit).
Cancellations within 48 hours of the shoot are non-refundable.
Rescheduling may be offered at the photographer’s discretion and subject to availability.
In the event the photographer must cancel, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
6. Delivery
Final edited images will be delivered within the agreed timeframe. Delivery timelines may vary depending on workload and project scope, any rush delivery must be agreed in advance.
7. Liability
While every effort is made to deliver high-quality results, the photographer is not liable for circumstances beyond their control (e.g., weather, venue restrictions, technical issues). Liability is limited to the total amount paid.
8. Image Use by Photographer
The photographer reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to the shoot.
